Consisting of 100% mohair pile, this is a highly durable and luxurious fabric.

Practical considerations
A favourite of our hospitality clients, this fabric works well in high traffic areas. It has an abrasion testing of 60,000 rubs using the Wyzenbeek method.
Mohair Velvet has a short pile. With significant use or if an object is placed onto the fabric for a significant period of time the pile can become crushed. When the pile is crushed the affected area can take on the appearance of a white mark.
This can be easily remedied by using a streamer. We recommend that this is done on a regular basis (frequency depends on level of usage) to help keep the fabric looking its best and to prolong its life.
