Aesthetics
Consisting of 92% Wool blended with 8% nylon.
Practical considerations
The fabric is suitable for both heavy duty and domestic applications. It achieves 50,000 cycles using the Martindale Abrasion testing system.
Boucle it is not suitable for some applications including environments that are likely to include animals. The method of weaving for a Boucle creates loose loops which can get caught and pull way from the backing cloth.
